The West End Partnership’s Freight & Servicing Strategy aims to reduce the volume and negative impacts of freight and servicing (including waste collection) in the WEP area. The Freight & Servicing Strategy details 12 priority actions for delivery up to 2030. Delivery of these actions will ensure London’s position as a world-class, clean city, with the space for business, residents and visitors alike to thrive and prosper.
The West End Partnership’s ‘The Case for the West End’ (and accompanying document Transforming the Competitiveness of the West End: A Business Case for Investment) demonstrate how important the Partnership’s visionary plan would be for the UK as a whole. Generating some £12bn more for the British economy on top of the £51bn gross value added (GVA) already being created from this small but vibrant area of London.
